Peter Wilcox seed potato - This potato has blue skin and yellow, firm flesh.   High yields of all-purpose potatoes make this variety a cornerstone of home and market gardens.  In  years when we suffer high losses to scab and scurf, Peter Wilcox still produces nice, glossy tubers.  Peter Wilcox's disease resistance makes this a great choice for new gardeners. We find this potato to be similar in texture to a russet potato and makes amazing mashed potatoes.  Scab and nematode resistant, susceptible to scurfs, wilts and blights. 2-4 potatoes per pound of seed
