Gold Rush is a classic Russet potato with russeted skin and white flesh.  Gold Rush's light and airy texture makes it great for french friends and fluffy baked potatoes.  This highly adaptable russet even performs well in wet years or poor soil.   Reliable yields with good flavor.  Uniform, smooth and resistant to hollow heart and scab.  Susceptible to blights and fusarium.  2-4 potatoes per pound of seed
